Welcome to our consultation website for the St Pancras Hospital redevelopment.

King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I), part of the North London Mental Health Partnership (NLMHP), are working together to bring forward a vision to redevelop the St Pancras Hospital site, in order to provide exceptional clinical care in modern, accessible and sustainable mental health facilities in the local area, and deliver a place which is accessible and welcoming to all.

We want the St Pancras Hospital site to be an environment for everyone – a place that is open and accessible for all. Our ambition is to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of those living, working and visiting the area, through open space, workspace, and homes alongside new modern clinical buildings.

On this website, you can find out more about C&I and King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership, learn about the history of the site and existing facilities, and view information about our proposed masterplan.

Project update

Over the last eighteen months, we have had a range of conversations with the local community and key stakeholders to develop our masterplan for the St Pancras Hospital redevelopment. We would like to thank those who have contributed to developing the masterplan, including those that have shared feedback or attended an exhibition event as part of our most recent phase of public consultation in late 2023 / early 2024.

We are continuing to work with Camden Council and the local community to address the feedback we have received to date – through three rounds of consultation, five pop-ups at local festivals and events, and nineteen stakeholder meetings held.

We plan to update the community in the coming weeks on the project’s next steps.
